On budget, On time, Zero defects. Ian and his team hit the trifecta. From the outset Ian provided a comprehensive scope of works and a time line for progression for what was a complex renovation of a 1970s derelict warehouse complex to a modern A grade facility. Great service with a real attention to detail.
IK Building did a great job replacing stumps that had rusted out as well as providing paths around the house to keep water from acumulating under our house. Their skill in forming up the concrete was amazing - no more water pooling under the house. IK Building and Construction were reliable and completed the job ina timely manner - would recommend and certainly at the top of my list when we need any other works done.
