Was at IJL in Winnipeg looking to acquire a specific OMEGA. First greeted by friendly security and then Janelle. She was enthusiastic and professional. She immediately showed me the watch i was looking for. I wanted to wear the watch home depending on fit . I have large wrists and was returning home the next morning. Jeff at IJL helped me choose and update my Omega Submariner Chronograph band with a very high end Omega strap and Buckle. He was meticulous about the look, colour, and fit of the new strap. Jeff kept me updated on the ordering and process to install the new strap. I very much appreciated his knowledge and professional approach.
