It was lunch and super slow hit great services only reason a four star is that the fried pieces I got wetter rock hard

So disappointed in ijji today and how they handled the situation. Orders a 16 pic sashimi plate and did not receive it for over 40 minutes even after our waitress checked on it twice. She was then told that the ticket didn't print and now it was being made on the fly. Rather than apologize and offer some sort of compensation (I would have been ok with the offer of free sake), the manger, Wen, berated the awesome server, Amber. Terrible customer service and even worse treatment of employee. I will not be back.

I am sad to give this place one star. I normally always have an amazing time and great food here at Ijjis, but after not receiving our food (it's sashimi!) for over 40 minutes; our waitress, Amber, went to the manager and explained our wait time. The first man didn't really help so she went to her other manager, Wen, and this lady was the worst! I'm all for this place but I ordered a simple soda and found that there was lemon seeds floating around and even frozen in the ice cube itself. Made me kind of wonder. Other than that it would've been the 5 stars or whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Best in town!! Food is amazing, staff members are wonderful and very attentive.
