Don’t do business with them! Ordered a chaser taillight kit from on Amazon and never received it. I contacted them and got the most condescending reply from them. I have read other horrible reviews from others about their “customer service”, or lack thereof. Sent my gps antenna back to them because of their lack of service and their lack of compassion to the customers. No one should be treated like this
HORRIBLE!! Their product details werent specific....like "fits all Jeep Gladiator JT models" - they have NO CLUE that a JT is a Mojave or Rubicon and the product didnt fit and they will ONLY refund if I pay shipping and 20% re stock fee. PISS POOR customer service. I'd never buy from them again
Just the worst experience with these guys. Look, the halo light itself was alright. Not the best out there but can’t say it sucks. But their description of their product vs what I actually got was completely different. I got the halos for my 04 3 series convertible. I triple checked to make sure I was ordering the right one to guarantee fitment. Lights came in. Had to go through the major hassle of removing the headlights, then removing the lens which is stuck on with butyl sealant. All to find off the rings don’t even fit p... read more
