Not sure if Mr. Cordova lack the experience, work in favor of the insurance companies regardless the facts presented, or both. He think it is fine to have a moist level of 93-96% under kitchen tile. He said that having water under kitchen tiles is acceptable since shower tiles get exposed to moist. I hope Mr. Cordova understands that different waterproofing materials and process are required to lay shower tile to seal from water properly compared to kitchen tile.
