i always recommend this place to people and been going for 4 years now .. I hated my experience today the lady that did my hair is so rude .. and the price is way more than usual never going back again .

If I could rate this place a -5, I WOULD. 😭 It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment because apparently it’s first come, first serve. They charge an extra $20 for boho, but somehow I’m expected to part my own hair AND I brought my own hair. So what exactly am I paying that extra $20 for? And on top of that, the attitudes were TERRIBLE. Everyone was so snobby and unwelcoming. I would NEVER come back here, and hopefully you’ll heed my warning before spending your money here. Save yourself the headache. 🚩🚩🚩🚩

Since no one intends on answering my messages here it is a review. I did my hair two weeks ago on June 29. They were kinky twist. Cost $200. Not only was my appointment at 11AM and nobody touched my Hair until closer to 1 PM . I am no expert, but I have done kinky twist in my hair before and they do last more than two weeks. The first piece of my kinky twist fell out on July 9. That is 10 days after my hair was done. Another one fell out on the 11th and I message the owner of the shop and she did not respond.
