Disappointed! I was excited to see that this hair braiding shop had an app and decided to make an appointment (2 days prior) for 6 stitch braids. I get to the shop for my appointment and the lady tells me they are short on braiders. So I asked her how long I would have to wait, she told me she was calling someone and to give her about an hour. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I waited over 30 minutes and not a single person attempted to start my hair. The staff were busy talking loudly among themselves in their language the entire time instead of helping customers, which felt very disrespectful. Customer service was basically nonexistent—no communication, no updates, nothing. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I would not recommend coming here.
