Braids are really nice and neat. I gave 3 stars because I see them using the same combs in between clients WITHOUT sanitizing the combs. Yuck ! I had to mention this to them. Ladies please make them aware that they need to clean and sanitize hair utensils.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in with clear inspo photos and left with hair that looked nothing like what I asked for. Instead of working with me or offering solutions, I felt dismissed because of my hair length. As a cancer survivor who has worked extremely hard to grow my hair back and take care of it, the comments and the way I was spoken to felt insensitive and hurtful. Bad experience getting my hair done. I would never go to this hair salon again. I brought my own braiding hair and the older lady was stealing my braiding hair. I looked down and noticed that my hair was in her drawer. So I asked her if this was my hair and all she could do is smile. Very disappointed that someone would steal synthetic hair. Just be on the lookout if you bring your own braiding hair.
