I stayed in a rental through IIP Management LLC for 2 1/2 years. I had consistent flooding in the basement and potential mold. I submitted work requests for them to look at the issue and while they did send out several contractors nothing ever got repaired. The different contractors just kept diagnosing the problem. While we on several occasions attempted to accurately diagnose and correct the maintenance problem, ultimately we were not able to correct the issue to the level our tenant expected. We genuinely apologize for that. We did have a recent conversation with the tenant and clarified the issue of the empty envelope. We did, in fact, receive an unsealed envelope which assumedly had contained the keys to the property. poorly ran company they never return their phone calls they do not tend to any maintenance issues in a timely manner matter of fact it takes some months to do something I receive lots of damages from a poor Plumbing that they had to obviously be aware of before I moved into the residence I do not recommend using this management company
My basement has been in water of at least 5 inches since Sunday the 16th of June it is now the 23rd. they are not calling me back I have left several messages, they sent a plumber out once and he said there was nothing more he could do without getting permission to fix it. I am now with no heat or air conditioner the unit is full of water and no hot water. all of my belongings are ruined and not one person has reached out to me other than the contracted plumber.
