IIP was hired to manage my 5 properties on March 2024 . This was the biggest regret and mistake of my professional career. I noticed substantial evidence of fraud and misappropriation of funds by IIP Management under Violetta management, and despite repeated request and notices to cease and desist such unauthorized activities and falsification of records, they continue to steal and misuse my funds and made of charges for services never rendered. This company is horrible! I am sick now from living in one of their rentals with black mold and they told me they would not do anything until I moved out. I moved out left the key in the drop box only to be harassed by the maintenance man I reported for an issue prior. They are not professionals at all once you move in! Once I am settled in my new home I intend to go after them. I don’t expect a deposit back because I am sure they will find something
IIP Management has very poor customer service. You can reach out to them several times and it will take them forever to respond. I left a ****** review on this company as well which could be the very reason they are behaving in such an unprofessional manner although every since they took over from the prior management company it has not been a pleasant experience. The worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As a property owner, you may as well be invisible to them. Insufficient project management, delayed responses to issues, insufficient resolutions, inability to enforce HOA policies and bad decision making (not to mention costly) based on self serving board members. I have been with IIP Management for almost two years and they great, wonderful company that cares for well being of their tenants. Kerri was very wonderful in helping me with some difficulties i was facing so kudos to her for all the work she does keep up the good work.
The maintenance manager is doing a wonderful job I am so happy with my work in my house since he became part of the family at iip please keep him on broad & please tell him to keep up the good work I’m very please 💕💕
Great Service for IIP Management and the team, they are very professional when it comes to leasing, my property was leased in 6 days ! I had another agent who was trying to lease my home for over 45 days and unsuccessful....
I can not possibly provide enough emphasis to how awful my experience with IIP was. If it was possible to rate them as zero stars I would certainly do so. Although my experience with IIP only lasted for approximately 2 months, it was a complete nightmare that began the day I moved in. It would not be possible to list every negative experience that occurred in this forum, but I kept a running log of every issue that occurred while the rental property was under IIP's management. Nicole Miller 2:27 PM (9 hours ago) to me I stayed in a rental through IIP Management LLC for 2 1/2 years. I had consistent flooding in the basement and potential mold. I submitted work requests for them to look at the issue and while they did send out several contractors nothing ever got repaired. The different contractors just kept diagnosing the problem. Then the back door was not shutting easily. A contractor came out and said it was due to water coming in and shifting the door. He said there was cause for concern becaus... read more
