Coach Scott Miller and his team are amazing! IIXCL Strength & Conditioning coaches work with their clients in a small group setting and meet everyone at their current level of training, even if you are new to training/working out. Modifications are always available if the exercise is too hard or too easy. You will get a full body workout with ever changing exercises and challenges every time to attend a class.
