Dr Dinger is fantastic. Other than that, the place is trash. The billing is never correct. The communication is nonexistent. I was treated for lyme a few years back and my follow up consisted of a voicemail. I tried to call back immediately and got an answering service. The message I left with them was never returned. Two months ago I had blood drawn for testing (which is no longer done at this location). I still have not heard back. I guess that means everything was good..... Go anywhere else but here.

Secretaries are very rude, anytime I’ve called in the staff there have made it feel like I am bothering them. Funny how you have to describe what’s going on to get the appointment. Yet lazy people mind you that they are in an office setting are the ones acting like they’re having a hard day. Maybe the office needs to have gym days.

I do not recommend this office. I have multiple physical skeletal deformities, that are on file, X-rays and other documentation. These issues impede my ability for certain activities such as walking excessively. I needed an ADA form filled out from Dr. Suzanne Putnam. The form was intended to provide documentation that I would need to use a fork lift in performing my job to lessen walking. Dr. Putnam faxed the form 3 separate times incomplete each time and with inadequate answers to the questions she did fill out. 3 months o... read more

This doctor office is terrible at keeping appointment times. My appointment was at 140 it's 225 and I am still waiting to see the doctor. It's convenient because it's right down road from my house but I'd much rather travel elsewhere in order to actually be seen at my appointment time. I can understand if the office was filled with patients but I'm the only one here!
