If I could give them no stars I would have. First experience with a property management and it was horrible . IHS property management and I signed contract in February 1, 2024 and ended in may of 2025. Kevin didn’t make any remarks on his original walk thru of my house floors feeling squishy/soft or doors not being able to close. Kevin’s inspection of my house in 06/2024 and last one in 01/2025 doesn’t make any remarks of damage due to leaks. 03/2025 I didn’t renew contract with tenants but IHS was still managing property un... read more
