I was merged into the Zelienople office due to the Evans City office being closed. While during my appointment, things seem to have gone okay; I have had a nightmare with the office and how they keep notes and handle billing. My office visit was appropriately billed as preventative but the lab work they had me do after, they sent with orders of diagnoses not related to me. Trying to get this corrected has been an issue causing me to me unnecessarily billed for the charges. IHS Primary Care needs to do better in their office ... read more
Staff is kind, professional and efficient. The clinicians have been terrific, and it's really nice to have these folks avaible locally.
Ive had alot of bad experiences from being pregnant telling me I needed to be on cholesterol medicine and they would call in the prescription. Kept telling the person who called me I was pregnant that I needed to speak to the dr. To canceling appointments and not being able to get seen for months even when important prescriptions are needed to be refilled and won't be refilled until seen because the pharmacy got denied even trying to get a refill. I had a 10:30 appointment. Pre-registered, showed up 15 minutes early.. sat for 30 minutes with no interaction from staff, and only after demanding to know why my time was not being respected I was told that I would need to wait AT LEAST another half an hour before I could be seen. IF AN APPOINTMENT TIME CAN NOT BE HONORED BY THE PRACTICE, DO NOT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.
