They have changed locations and hours. The website and Google are not changed with the hours, so everyone just know they are ONLY OPEN on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday now. I imagine next year they will be fully closed: Independence Health System will no longer offer any services in New Castle. UPMC is too big of an opponent for IHS.

⚠️ The BHS lab is no longer located on Enclave. It has been relocated to the a Medical Arts building on Wilmington Road. There's no sign. ⚠️ The woman who took my blood did an excellent job. I gave this a one star bc of the move without signage and that's the only way to get someone higher up to hear about these kinds of things. It was said the building owner took one down, but that doesn't help the patients that show up there and don't know where to go. BHS needs to work that out with their landlord. I went to this place at 12:56 and the door was locked. No one inside and the sign on the door said they close at 1:00.
