Do not see Lauren Nord for any physical issue if you happen to have a mental one. I went in for palpitations she didnt even write in the report, she pulled an inactive psych dx that ive had disproven by several psychiatrists, and tried pushing meds id already tried. She knew I had arm and neck pain and was waiting for a scan. I have surgery in 2 days to fix the real cause of my palpitations, a 7mm bulged disc in my cervical spine. She never considered physical causes, only mental.

Never answer the phone...went in today and Dana said we never left a message...we did with a phone number...they said we had a missed appointment but we called to reschedule and nobody answered then......you are better off avoiding any entity with Excela. They are the worst Healthcare facility in western PA....Try UPMC they are fantastic...I do not work for UPMC
