Highly recommend! Great experience with Matt and his crew completing repairs to our home due to a water loss claim. Matt promptly provided an estimate of repair, worked through the insurance detail, and advised on necessary updates that required additional insurance consideration. Documentation provided by Matt to close the loop with insurance was accurate and complete creating a timely and seamless process between his team, our family, subs, and insurance.
Matt, Jerry and their team are the best around. I called them after a wind storm that resulted in some damage to the roof. They were here the next morning, assessed the damage and discussed the repair options. Next morning they were here with the shingles and took care of the repair in the best possible way. I can't thank them enough and I will recommend them to everyone that needs a roof work from now on.
Had an excellent experience with Matt at IHS from beginning to end. Started with a roof inspection for our new home in May 2023, then the DFW hail saga and new roof in May 2024. Professional, detailed, courteous and most importantly delivered high quality work. We love our new roof and gutters, it makes such a difference in appearance. I would highly, and I truly mean highly, recommend their services. Matt explained everything in detail prior to starting our project and they were so diligent and precise in their standards and techniques. I was amazed at the orchestration and how they completed the entire roof in such a timely manner including clean-up. Matt was there to oversee it all and follow-up with everything. I am definitely referring them to anyone needing roof repairs or an entire new roof.
