I just came on here to ask if anybody has their fax number? They are very difficult to get ahold of and I left a voicemail to request fax number, which is probably a waste of their time, but can't find it anywhere else otherwise. They will not EVER answer the phone!!! Very frustrating.
I tried to give them "0" stars, but you have to give them one to post. Good Luck is all I have to say. I've been trying to schedule a colonoscopy WHICH MY DOCTOR ORDERED with them. After my 4th call, I asked my doctor to find me another place to go. They have no idea what they're doing!
If I could give lower than 1 star I would. My appointment's were canceled 5 times over the course of 8 months. They even called me to cancel an appointment I had already requested to be canceled; since I transferred my care. So glad I did. If you really need to be seen I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Dr. Zancosky is an excellent physician. Great communication skills, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
