Nicole Bowan is a very good medical professional. Doctor Lee is also very thorough. They make an embarrassing issue less sufferable. I give extra credit to Bowan because I have missed calls yet shes patient and very reassuring. I have not had a bad experience at this place and everyone has been kind. Because they are the only gastro in butler you may not get an appt for a couple but they'll call if there is a serious issue and seem to genuinely care. Bowan and Lee
If I could give this place zero stars I would, simply because of the front end staff and the nurse manager. They are all beyond rude aside from the older lady that does scheduling, I am in disbelief how they treat their patients and family members. The doctors and the PA’s are amazing, the staff are the exact opposite.
I just came on here to ask if anybody has their fax number? They are very difficult to get ahold of and I left a voicemail to request fax number, which is probably a waste of their time, but can't find it anywhere else otherwise. They will not EVER answer the phone!!! Very frustrating.
