Very disappointed with our experience. We walked into the showroom ready to make a purchase, but we were completely ignored. A woman was sitting at her computer and continued talking on the phone. When she finished the call, she still did not acknowledge or greet us. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this lack of attention cost them a sale. We chose to walk out.
They didn't have what we needed but we're very helpful on telling us where we should check.
