I have to say this has been one of the top 3 places I've worked at that I really enjoyed. I'm not sure about the other sites but this one here in wilmington is great. Bobby is a wonderful manager. His team he has under him is also great guys. I had nothing but fun and there and wish I didn't not have to quit.
A joke of a business. Sold us a broken $500 faucet and completely refuses to take it back or take responsibility for it. Literally just stole our money...
Love this place.... They go out of their way to really make sure you're taking care of..
I had an emergency on Christmas Eve. The parts service representative was very knowledgeable and had just the parts that I needed (3 other stores did not). I was just as impressed 3 days later as I need a special flange to repair a broken flange. Again the representative gave excellent advise and had all the parts I needed to complete the repair. I will be back!
