My trainer is Craig White and he is fantastic. He’s helping me train for golf but always is interested and willing to change workout if I have an issue. The facility has every possible machine that u could need. Has small track. Tables so trainers can work on your aches and pains. Would highly recommend IHP to any and all.
Wonderful gym and Pilates studio. I have been working out here for years. They have everything. Great trainers, equipment for every type of work out and top notch Pilates instructors!
