Ihp has transformed me as an athlete. I started going in 8th grade when I was injured, and I am now going to be a junior in college and continue to go. I go get work done on the table when I am injured, both for minor and major injuries. They have helped me recover and heal faster and better from every single injury. I’ve been training with Rah Kinsey at IHP for almost 20 years. He’s been a great trainer in keeping up my physical and mental strength. I credit him with my continued good health. The gym has all the equipment you need.

Both my wife and I have trained with Rah at IHP for over 20 years. Not only is Rah an incredible trainer, he is a life coach and an outstanding motivator.
