Fast, friendly, and very understandable
Dr. Ihor was very pleasant to meet. He gave us useful information about my son’s condition. He was polite toward me and my son and he engaged my son in the conversation. I appreciate that especially since my son is 13 now and I want him to know about his single kidney and what it means for his health. Lab services and ultrasound were nearby. The nurses were sweet to my son. The front desk clerk went out of her way to take cash for my payment despite some inconveniences. Thanks to all who helped me and Jules!
