That should help ease the work and the tips when your staff doesn't have to deal with any customers
Informed by a trustworthy coworker that her Granddaughter, who's in a wheel chair, was told by the manager that she was "inconvenient" to seat, and made her wait 45 minutes to be seated while seating others first. All of which deeply hurt her Granddaughters feelings. I value what trustworthy people share with me about their customer service experiences, and this one was disheartening to say the least.
