If I could give it a 0 I would! This place is gross! Especially when you are eating and roaches are crawling up the wall behind you! I showed the manager and was lied to. She said they just recently had a roach problem, and the review from Aug. 31st said they saw roaches too. Please save your money and never never eat here! I hope the health board shuts it down! I will never eat at another IHOP again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omlet swimming on plate, I didn't order soup. Told wait staff and got no response. This is second time - I'm done.
Place is dirty. My wife moved the syrup bottles and we then had several ants running across the table.
