Went to an IHOP today for the first time I at least 10yrs, never again. Outside of our waitress being fine, EVERYTHING was terrible. Sat at a dirty table when we showed up, My daughter slipped on the floor that felt like it’s been covered with butter, & bathrooms looked worse than our local truck stop. I feel like I need a shower just from being there. Never recommending that place to anyone.
Every time we go here the service is terrible. You could easily find equal quality food several other places in town. I'm done with this particular IHOP.

We just left after waiting nearly 10 minutes to be seated - we were the only customers waiting, about a half dz unbussed tables, that many current customers and I counted no less than 7 employees on the floor working. When we pulled in, 2 more employees were out back smoking. It was NOT that busy, they were NOT shorthanded. I know there are things I can't see (call-in orders, Doordash, etc), but there was no excuse for us being passed by again and again without so much as a word. We're done. The last three times we went here, the service was absolutely horrible. But, we kept trying over and over because we love the food so much. A few minutes ago we had had enough and just got up and walked out. No one ever even came to get our drink order. And the place was mostly empty! I’ll never go back in that place again. Whoever the manager is should be ashamed.
Slow, inattentive service & cold food This place has fallen apart
Was seated no one took our drink order or anything. Then another table was seated and they received coffee and placed their order. After 15 minutes of waiting I stood up and asked if they forgot us and the waiter put her finger up at me to wait one more minute.
