This is my review for iHop in Jonesboro, AR after my 8:30am visit yesterday: I went to wash hands, my husband ordered me coffee. The bathroom had a sign limiting occupancy to one, but I had no idea how to know if there was someone inside. There was! It was a service attendant, with apron strings hanging below the stall door (ewwww!) I washed my hands and hurried back. This is the second time we’ve been to IHOP and sat there waiting at least 10 minutes waiting on a server to come to our table when we arrived. This is also the second time we have walked out after waiting & this time the server walked up to a table that got there after us and acknowledged them. I will not be back and everyone I know will be told that we don’t recommend it.

You require mask but the servers bring you your food in there hands and leaned up ain’t the clothes they’ve been in all day! Why they don’t use the trays they have for drinks to serve food?
rude woman. no matter who you are you don't tell them to get out of restaurant cause you tell her that her rudeness was unacceptable. there's more to it but she should be fired
waited over 20 minutes to get waited on, only then because another customer in our section told them that we needed waited on, management and another person working there were just standing around most of the time, waitress in another section finally came and waited on us. Will not go back to that IHOP
it always have a smell and my food was cold and took forever to get it.and i still left a good tip.
Recommendedsucked my son ordered a egg omelet with ham he got a child egg omelet no ham and was charged $8.00 I ask for a cup of coffee got a whole pot!😞 and seating us way in the back when lots of empty booths was available won't be back except free pancake day lol only cause its free
