First plate of pancakes I got had 2 pieces of HAIR!!!!! Sent them back, and the next plate I got of pancakes had 3 PIECES OF HAIR!!!!!!!! And still got charged! Nastiest, worst IHOP I've ever been too

All the reviews were bad. I thought the service was great and food was awesome. Brand new restaurant so every thing was super clean. No complaints here.

It's the first week opened but service is incredibly slow even though there are tons of employees working. Been sitting here 20 minutes and still no food
