The food was good but was not as hot as I expected it to be. Clean environment, but the waiter was a little lacking in promptness
On Friday March 21st we went to IHOP by special request by my nephew for his 7th birthday breakfast. When we arrived, there was a man waiting in the vestibule already, who was picking up his order. We,a party of 9, were waiting to be seated. There was no host(ess), and the waitstaff seemed to be avoiding looking in our direction. They lost my first order after the waitress didn’t write it down. Then they brought be the wrong item when they “re did” it. I never got a refill, sat with empty water the entire time, and didn’t get my coffee until after asking twice. It’s ihop, not expecting much as it is, but they are lost in the sauce service.
The food was great and the service was great as well. Our granddaughters loved the smiley face pancakes!
