The worst experience the food was good but can you believe the manager took care of me because the waitress was rude do you know I finished one plate the food was so good that oil ordered something else when it was done the manager was dropping the plate and left the old finished plate with out cleaning it off so I can eat the new plate in cleneleness

Came here to get a quick bite to eat. I must say I was greeted soon as I came in from manager. I’ll wait for Buffy was phenomenal. She was taking order with no pen and paper. I ordered steak omelette extra spinach. Extra mushroom came out nice and hot presentation was nice store was clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly orders was being pushed out. All customers seem happy and pleased with their orders. Must try. Said I didn’t get any pictures of my food before I dug in,

Today, while I was eating a salad from IHOP, I found a piece of a latex glove in my salad. This is a serious food safety concern. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I intend to escalate this matter to the Maryland Department of Health Office.

Today, while I was eating a salad from IHOP, I found a piece of a latex glove in my salad. This is a serious food safety concern. I will not be ordering from this location again, and I intend to escalate this matter to corporate. A few days later, I received a call from Wilbur, the store manager. He apologized and offered a $20 gift card, but I never received it smh.
