terrible horrible horrible service why I was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to call decided to just pop up. They had the phone on do not disturb there was no one in the restaurant still got there. Told me 5 to 10 minutes for my food to be ready it took another 30 minutes. They need to get better employees in here. This is definitely not Ihop standard nor brand for what they stand for.
Drove the extra miles to eat at this so called 24 hour ihop because the one nearby closes at 10pm. Come to find out it's drive thru service only at night. It was only 930 but the dining room was closed. Just for the record, nobody wants pancakes to go, and most of us want to sit down and be waited on. The empty parking lot and emptyy drive thru speaks louder than me, however. Will never return.

Dominique was a great server. Very attentive and a pleasure to be served. I loved how he made our experience very seamless and easy.
