Came in with my husband and everyone welcomed us with smiles. Our waitress Brei was lovely and cared for us. Also the manager Josh was super nice and respectful and welcomed us. Excellent experience at this location! ❤️
JOSH! The wonderful brunch experience for my family and I started out great when you welcomed us by opening the door and your warm greeting. I was thrilled our waitress was kind and helpful and unfortunately I forgot her name but still very appreciated. We ate a great well prepared hot meal and left very satisfied with our brunch experience at the Acworth, GA IHOP.
The atmosphere here is relaxing—not overcrowded, with simple, pleasant music. I placed a to-go order online: a big steak omelet with pancakes and a side of French toast. The staff was very helpful. When there was a mix-up with my order, they quickly brought out the pancakes, and the manager, Josh D., personally apologized and offered me a free one-time meal for the inconvenience. That approach was very refreshing.
We've been in 3 times first visit was good,second band we waited for over an hour and pancakes were cold,and the third visit was today, there were 3 tables 3! Counting us we waited about 30 min.out came our food pancakes cold again and no hash browns on my husbands plate waitress said they would be right out now it's very cool in there and after I waited I reminded her his eggs were going to be cold and they were! Over $20.00 and nothing eaten. Will never go back!BTW go to the waffle house next door.
