Always clean great food. Good price
This is THE WORSE ihop EVER!! We usually go to newington. But I had ordered gluten friendly pancakes as I normally do. But this southington location gave me normal pancakes. And I got very very sick. This location needs to do better. It sucks.
Smelt like weed the moment I walked in. Smelt like weed all around the resturant. What the hell.
Worst experience ever. Went in for the pancakes. Waitress was awful. Never took my drink order, the hostess did after I waited forever. Then the food comes out and the pancakes are ice cold. The butter won’t even melt. I went there for the pancakes. I sat there for over 20 minutes before she came back, not to check on me or ask how the food was but to give me the check. I told her the pancakes were stone cold. She brings me a to go box and it is wet inside with what I don’t know…. Just awful.
