Wait 30 minutes and nobody attended and we left
This particular IHOP has a balloon guy on Saturdays, which my grandkids absolutely love and he is phenomenal.
The place was absolutely disgusting. Food all over tables. Garbage overflowing in the garbage pails. It was gross. Myself and two other couples left. Never again
Service was friendly but food took over 30 minutes which is a long time for a very elderly relative!
