Terrible customer service. It was my first time ever at IHOP for me and my mom. Not only was the teenager that was working at the front desk rude but I felt very unwelcome. Terrible customer service and terrible staff. Never going there again thanks for a horrible first impression. Save your money and go somewhere that values customers !
The service was horrible, everyone looked like they hated their job. I waited for 30 minutes to get asked about what drinks I wanted and the place wasn’t even busy. Waiters throwing utensils on the table and sparyed the table but barely wiped it down. Never coming back to this location and I recommend you shouldn’t either. From now on I will be going to the IHOP in Ashburn.
The food came out quickly but it looked like it was either heated in a microwave or pre-made sitting out. Didn't seem fresh. Not sure if ihop does that anymore. Also not sure why this place is advertising Halal food. Since when did ihop go Halal? I'm not sure if it's just this location but there was a sign when we walked in that said Halal.
Our breakfast at IHOP was good overall. The pancakes and vegetable omelette were tasty. The hash browns, however, didn’t look very appetizing and could have been presented better I see lot of younger people and they are learning…
