Customer service is horrible here.
We ordered a burger, fries, pancakes& quesadilla to go. Fries were cold, burger & pancakes were tough. We did not eat the food, and manager says no refund for our $25 tab. Company policy, he says.
Really sweet waitress Kristi. Portions have gotten smaller, prices have gone up significantly. They don't serve club sandwiches anymore!
