Service once you get seated is good. They have eliminated the hostess position so you just stand with all the other people and hope nobody cuts in front of you. There is a doorbell sound each time someone is near the entry. It chimes incessantly. Atmosphere is so-so. The food is good. Exactly what you would expect from IHOP.
I could not eat my omlet Nor could my husband. never had an omelette with pot roast in it. it was terrible.the boys had pancakes and bacon and theirs was okay. worse $90 we ever spent
this place is horrible, took forever to seat or even welcome us. food finally came out and it took forever. and was cold
Surprising good.. especially for 3am.
We ordered from IHOP through instacart/Uber eats. A delivery person came to our door with a wrong order. Also he didn't have our order. We called IHOP and spoke to manager Bobbi Snyder. She attempted to help. Contacting instacart. They can't be reached. Bobbi called back and said that she felt awful. She offered to make us the order at no charge and DELIVER IT!
