silverware I got was dirty and the atmosphere was horrible don't like this place at all ! hopefully the one by I20 is better .. my kids love pancakes !
The take out is better than eating in. Service is subpar.
Not impressed. Surprisingly busy for a place that doesn't even compare to locations in other cities. Hostess is a nasty witch.
At 10:30pm we waited several hours to be seated and to get our food. Finally only one of our 2 orders came out. They said they forgot the other order. We left hungry about 12:30am.
They don't wash their endless coffee pots. Ever. Opened one up and cold, old coffee splashed out.
When they tell you they only have 2 servers turn around and leave... It could take up to 10 minutes just to get your drink order... Or even being acknowledged!!! :)
Bit of a wait. 40 mins. Food was great but my pancakes were Rock hard :/
They touch your food, the service sucks, and half the employees are felons. Just saying.
My money machine is broken, sorry. I can't pay for the hot chocolate. Oh wait, that machine is broken.
