Ordered a buttermilk biscuit and gravy combo, the gravy was still partially frozen. Im assuming. It was cold and had icy bits in it. This is after having to remind Vi we needed silverware once we got our food. We were probably one of the first tables, but with it being as slow as it was, would expect better care taken with the food. My daughter's food was good, and my eggs-though easy instead of medium-were good. Hashbrowns weren't crispy as requested either. They offered a discount on my meal. 10%. Party of 18 and it was her very first! Vi you did amazing!! Todd you were awesome with the assist! The teamwork showed! Service was exceptional! Thank you for serving our family with such love !
My family received exceptional service from everyone when we stopped in on our way back home to TN. Vi and Todd were the best! We had a very large party but they handled everything with patience and went above and beyond.
