Terrible service had to keep calling server over to get service. And also took very long time to bring food to table.
Really like going to IHOP. The service is good but it is extremely noisy towards the back of the restaurant sitting right in the back near the kitchen we could hear everything that was going on orders being yelled out. But great food.
they sat us down and everyone was complaining about service, we got us and left after 22 minutes and we never even ordered our drinks let alone our food, it was if nobody was working or cared...
I believe his name was Michael? Older handsome gentleman in glasses was so sweet & gave me my hot chocolate on the house! That stuff NEVER happens to me & $ is tight rn so I rly appreciated it! Ty so much Michael! I hope his name is Michael..
The last few times service has not been good. I have gone at night around 8 o'clock. As soon as we walk in the door they told us that it was going to be a slow service if we still wanted to eat there, seemed like they didn't want us there food was so so. Last night I got there 9 o'clock, Ihop says it closes at 10 but the doors were locked. People were in there They just didn't want to serve anyone anymore. So definitely would not go there at night.
