Jeremiah and the cook did a great job on 8-23-26 for being short staffed. We rolled up with a party of 20 and the two of them took as good care of us as possible. Food was good when it arrived and they did an excellent job.
Everything was good except the place was filthy . Tables and floors terrible and bathrooms
Move over Cracker Barrel! Exceptional service today here at the Hop! One of the best servers (Michelle) I've experienced in a long while...Respectful, Friendly, effective, effencient ,pays attention to details and is able to multitask between tables and customers. Nice and quiet. Server was agreeable and very helpful. All other existing staff was great when seated... No major concerns. I'd return. I did return no surprises
This my second visit to IHOP within ten days. We only came back because we thoroughly enjoyed the service Michelle provided. We liked the way Gustavo, the cook, had prepared our first meal. However, Shawn, the cook today, also exceptionally prepared my Colorado Omelet. Laughing and talking with Michelle are the main reasons we enjoy our meals at IHOP! We'll be back soon!
Michelle was very professional and very loving she lights up the place. We were looking for her when we entered. Good service great personality equals more visits from. Gustavo and Shawn food was good too. 2 for 2
