I've should had read the reviews, they are true. Service is terrible, food would be a little better if they would serve what you ordered. Tables are dirty, there is no one at the front and you have to wait five minutes plus, atmosphere is good because there are no people in the store, it's really bad
Customer service does not exist here!! I arrived on 8-2-25 a little after 12:30 noon. Just seeing one side of the lobby blocked off due to leaks coming from the ceiling should have been the red flag . How do you place a customer to the table allowing them to sit for almost 15 mins, not even offer a cup of coffee or water? But as soon as a white couple comes in AFTER me, you sit them on the side where the waiter attends to them right away. Had to wait to get a table, not busy but was understaffed. Husband's food was good, mine looked like it was thrown together.
