Rating: 1/5 Stars Title: Second visit, second time getting overcharged for a kids' drink This was our second time coming to this iHOP, and for the second time, they did not include the kids' drink in the kids' meal—even though it's supposed to be included. During this visit, I asked the waitress if the drink was part of the meal. She told me no, so I paid extra. Later I found out it is included and told her so. But when I got the bill, they still charged me. When I asked why, the waitress said: "Because it is a large juice."... read more
Michelle was absolutely wonderful! Customer service was over the top. I visit IHOPs all over GA and FL and this has to be the best customer service I have ever received. Leia (I that is how to spell her name) the Manager was also very hands on and supported her team alot. I will be returning.
