Alisa the manager runs a great crew ! Chelsea and Kimberly are so friendly and are great waitresses! Definitely deserve a raise ! The food is better than Dennys ! Been going to Dennys snd wanted a change ! 7 dollar meal I got this time ! French toast was so good ! Bacon and sausage was cooked perfect and eggs were great ! Great portion size ! Zero Pepsi was great too !
Our dining experience took about an hour and a half today, we arrived and were seated after about 10 minutes, and then waited 30 minutes until a server came over. At that point we had our orders ready so we ordered waters and food at the same time. Food didn’t come out for another 30/45 minutes, and two other tables that were sat after us received all of their food prior to this. Was seated there for like 30 min people who came after me got there food and me and my baby just waiting talk to the lady who was serving to the other people and she just say I’ll call some one who can serve u and after 10 min I get away from that restaurant I feel frustrated
I remember loving IHOP when I was a kid. Lately the pancakes have been pretty disappointing. And the service is glacially slow. They've got one person working the tables and one in the kitchen. It's a graveyard back there. So my complaint isn't with this location specifically, it was like this at the Springville IHOP too. I really feel like the chain has gone downhill, or maybe we just have a lot better options now.
Food fantastic, service great, bench seats were torn and cracked, outdoor IHOP sign faded. When we got there, someone had spilled a cup of something in the vestibule and a caution sign was placed over it. When we left after eating, it was still there! Understaffed? I would eat there again, but 5 minutes to clean a spilled cup of gravy or something.... not hard.
