Yeah it's a chain but this one was clean, had a great staff and even on a Sunday at 10:30am our wait was short for a table and good food.
Omelets are excellent and big
Simple n fit breakfast w bberry harvest pancakes are awesome.. Kevin is our server-- very polite and what all servers should be like
Best IHOP I've been to. Consistently good to great service and food. Always busy is only negative.

Food was great, service was great, bathrooms looked like a truck stop. Overall good time
