My friends and I come here pretty often and the experience is usually interesting but not unpleasant. Tonight was a different story. Whoever the man is with the apron up front was extremely unpleasant and rude when we went in to eat at 10:30 pm on a Thursday. Google AND the door itself have hours posted saying they close at 12 am. The man told us they “closed in 30 minutes” when we got there at around 10:30 pm and said they “close at 11:30”. First of all, that’s an hour, not 30 minutes. I always love IHOP, but this location definitely did better than some others
Great food. Restaurant was stuffy/hot, but I'm sure it's from the door opening constantly and from the kitchen. Service was good and quick, but our server's personality wasn't the best. Overall, I'd definitely go back! They were packed but moved quick and there was never a wait.
We went for Sunday breakfast and the manager was sweet enough to allow our son to make his own pancake. It meant a ton for him to take the time out of his day to make my son’s day. We will forever be fans of this location. Especially because everytime we dine the food is fast, hot and the staff is super nice.
