Mario needs to go! He’s so unpleasant! I will be calling about this situation tomorrow. He’s ride to even his female workers! I’ve been sitting in the same spot for over a month and this unhappy man comes in and ruins everything. Makes the place uncomfortable and to the point I left. Tionne Ross is absolutely Amazing!!His customer service is a 10/10 and because of him this is now my favorite spot to eat !!My 77year of Mother and I love him and his kind spirit!!Hard worker..Thanks IHop for having such Amazing customer service and employees..The management of shift was good too!!
Today we had Andrea she was AWESOME, but so is the whole morning crew. They all recognize us ;) now. They are all so attentive and accommodating to our special diets. Great location staff. THANKYOU ALL and especially Andrea today!
Not as fun as it used to be when it was on Hollister and 290. The urinals always stinks here. Not as bad as the shell at 43rd and 290 though. That's like you walk into a sewer that reeks of pee.
Urinal stunk up the restroom lole it's never been cleaned in years! Disgusting... douze it with fabuloso at least gang
