Nicole was great! Really attentive and kind.
I've come to this location now 3x and they can't get things right.I always place a togo order inside and is always very specific about hot syrup onside and crispy hash browns being packaged separately so they dont get soggy from the sirloin tips and eggs sauce. The first time I came Cheryl said they couldn't do egg whites on the tips and eggs meal which was wrong because I've ordered it at other locations. Today is my second interaction with Cheryl. Came in expecting a quick breakfast and was disappointed right from the start. The hostess was barely present when we walked in and took forever to acknowledge us. We waited almost 20 minutes just to be seated while there were multiple open tables throughout the restaurant. The service once we were finally seated was actually good, but the wait for the food was ridiculous too. To make things worse, there were eggshells in my eggs. Overall, the lack of urgency and attention to detail really hurt the experience.
