Pretty quiet location with a great staff.
I find it unacceptable that paying customers are treated this way in your establishment. There was a clear lack of professionalism, communication, and respect from your staff, which significantly ruined my dining experience. No customer should feel ignored, disrespected, or spoken to improperly while simply trying to enjoy a meal.
I love this IHOP better than the one at: 11225 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079 Manager was actually cool and reasonable compared to the other location. I'll be coming back to this location more frequently.
