Jennifer and both Alex’s were great and outstanding. Great customer service! Terri is also great. It’s a pleasure to come to this restaurant.
The manager know my kids by name. Arnaldo always has a smile on his face. Food is hot and quickly served. We love our homestead ihop . We been to a few and this is far the best one.
I've visited many Ihop, but this ihop in homestead is one of a kind. The staff and management are top tier. I've sat with many different servers and all servers are attending kind and excellent. Even management walking around speaking to us and other guess making us feel welcomed, and the food like always 5 stars. Keep up the great work ihop in homestead 👍
I came in and was seated right away. Food was fresh and hot and the manager Arnaldo approached my table and asked how everything was. He was pleasant and it was nice to see the staff smiling. The store and bathroom where clean and we will be coming back. It's nice to have good service with a warm smile. My kids loved the pancakes.
