Was slow and messy.
They treated us very well
The waiter was slow on helping us. There service was slow even in middle of the afternoon, at 4. We didn't feel very cared for from the waiter. On an afternote: I wanted to commend Brandi the Manager on Duty, we mentioned our concerns to her and she apologized deeply for the poor experience. She comped our meal. Because of Brandi we will stop there again, next time we head to visit family in Gardner.
Worst waiter in my adult dining experience. I was dining with my very hungry 5 year old grand daughter and she was so excited for a waffle. We were seated in a timely manner and that is where the good review ends. Our server started out acting like he wasn't our server then "did me the favor" of taking our drink order after 40 minutes of waiting. Then he came back after 10 more minutes without our drinks to take our food order.... 20 minutes later he gave us our food order still no drinks.. so I asked... he went to get them ... read more
