50 minutes wait just for stake and eggs don't see much people inside the restaurant

It took 50 min to have our food.
Husband and I went in shortly after midnight on 07/21/2025 and our waitress (Patricia A., I believe, was the name on the receipt) was extremely inebriated. She "nodded off" several times while standing, taking our orders, asking my husband three times in a row if hashbrowns were okay.
