Great food...great service
Shoutout to the staff & management at this location!! 👏👏👏 We stopped in at 9am Sunday 8/10/2025 and were immediately greeted with cheerful, smiling faces. Our server Robin was so nice & food was great too! The whole atmosphere was very positive/friendly. Thank you guys!
Food is fine. I came here on my birthday hoping to have a nice breakfast. What I was met with was attitude and poor service aside from the waitress for my table. They let 4 groups in ahead of me despite me not only being on the list before them, but they clearly came in after I did. And when I was asked "how can I help you?" I was met with attitude when I asked for a table and mentioned how I was passed over for people who were behind me. The service here is always superb. I travel here to visit my family quite often & while I can afford to dine anywhere, I choose here. Customer Service is top notch, everyone is so polite, whether you dine in or take out. A++
The new regime at this IHOP location is exceptional! The customer service from every single staff member was the best I’ve experienced—not just at IHOP, but better than competitors like Denny’s as well. You can tell there’s been a real shift in focus toward quality and hospitality. This kind of service is absolutely worth paying a few extra dollars and tipping generously. Well deserved! Keep up the great work—I’ll definitely be back. I almost shed a tear haha.
