We stopped in for breakfast and our server Taylor did an amazing job helping us navigate all the different options available. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. They have the absolute best waiters and waitresses in CO Springs! Taylor is THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE GURU on Powers. We got spoiled with fresh coffee, refilled waters, and perfect orders. Out of curiosity — is this what your Dubai pancakes are SUPPOSED to look like? Or did your cooks simply feel like not making them because it was a takeout order? Either way — very saddened. Was excited to try this item but won’t be coming back. Edit — the manager, Felicia, made this experience right by comping the pancakes and offering a new stack. The new stack was much better and overall a better experience. Thank you.
