Great food and the waitress was nice, but the food took a long time to come out (30 minutes plus). They had protein enhanced options which was great for me.
Stopped in for Mother’s Day lunch with my 94 yr old mom on a whim and regretted it. In the end we sat there for 1 hour watching other people be served, eat, and leave. The server never returned to check on us after she took our order. I had to flag her down. My mom’s and my orders were wrong and what we did get eventually was poor quality and poorly presented. Wires and cobbles on the wall. For what i'm paying , I would expect perfectly right fruit. I'm in America. The average serving size of coffee is not 6 oz, regardless of what organization says what So now they have these extra small coffee pots , big enough to hold a decent size cup of coffee in one. And they give you these ditty bitty , tiny , microscopic coffee cups to drink your coffee out of so you drink less. This will be the last time I go to any ihop ever again. When I visited, there was no body at the host stand. After waiting for 10 minutes and not being greeted or sat, I just left.
