Hi we went for lunch everything was great the only thing that I was irritated with when we paid they charged us a tip 20% without asking and there was only two of us that's not right I put money cash for tip and more than 20% but I saw that they charged me.I took it back.I was going to complain.That's not right to do that.I don't know if that happens to anybody
Havent had ihop in a decade. To be honest, its kinda gross. Employees, while polite, are npcs with prescripted responses, even if inappropriate for what was said (or even not said), vanilla cold foam coffee was sickly sweet and had a mothball aftertaste. I didnt want any of my order after the first taste, but i hate to waste food and money.
Pancakes were yummy and our server, Aery was so nice!!
Best place to have breakfast and lunch.
