They sent out burned food that was unacceptable. The substitutes were not compatible to the original order. The manager was requested and he decided not to address the issue. It is so disappointing to know that we are required to pay for food that is unacceptable and the managers of these establishments are not even obligated to address the issues. 1 star is wayyyyyy too many stars for this place. Walked in at 10:15. 5 tables seated with two of those tables already eating and one having already ordered prior to our arrival. Just two of us. Ordered two omelette and pancakes. 45 minutes later my friend got his omelette. 5 minutes later he was delivered the protein pancakes I ordered. 15 minutes later, he’s done eating.
