servers were yelling and fighting, we waited an hour to get our drinks and our food, we had to threaten to leave to get a few dollars off of our drinks, the manager used the excuse that they were under staffed it was very obvious that they had enough workers they were just under coordinated and messy, the table next to us, who had a rather large group, waited an hour to get their drinks and we left before they even got their food, they added a root beer that our table didn’t order and gave me the strawberry pancakes instead ... read more
The woman who works this morning doesn't help, I lost an order, and when I told her to talk to the buyer because I don't master the language, she told me I don't care about a description of that, she is old and the restaurant needs active youth, and this is wasting work, and this is the last time I enter ihop, and when I get an order, I refuse it because I don't receive help from this old man
