Ihop was wonderful, staff were nice and friendly, food was great, customer service was great, the dining area was clean, safe and sanitary place to eat. 5 out of 5 stars.
Edit: Management left a message so I contacted them. After a couple of emails where they asked questions, I got a reply saying that they would be sending gift card but a month later that has not happened. Clearly management is not that concerned about customer satisfaction. Just not nearly as good as it has been in the past. Food was very average and it was clear that not much effort or thoughtfulness went into preparing it. One omelet had way, way to much Holindaise sauce. So much that it was most inedible. We have only had good experiences here, Venkat has been our server for the last 6 months. He is very attentive, gives quick, friendly service every time.
